Frequently Asked Questions

  • What qualifications do your teachers hold?

We require that all teachers have experience, education, and ongoing professional development. All of our teachers have 3 plus years of working in an educational setting, and at least one teacher in each classroom has a completed degree and completed early childhood courses. Our teachers commit themselves to an additional 40 plus hours of professional development training each year.

  • What are the benefits of childcare?

A social setting for children creates a rich and stimulating environment to help foster their fundamental development. On top of academic skills, children learn the values of positive interpersonal communication, sharing, and more through a series of enrichment programs. CCC provides a social atmosphere that promotes social-emotional skills, cognitive growth, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

  • Can I be in touch with teachers during the day?

Our school uses Brightwheel, a secure communication application that provides you with information about your child’s day to day. Brightwheel allows for parents and teachers to send messages, see photos, and track the progress of their day. Our partnership with Brightwheel helps us deliver enriching school programs and a comforting childcare experience for our students and families.

  • How does the enrollment process work?

First step, reach out and schedule your tour. Have your questions ready, and we will happily answer anything you need to know. Second, schedule your playdate! Play dates are a great way to introduce your little one to a new setting and teacher. Third, we will provide paperwork to prepare and a list of required materials, including your child’s birth certificate and certificate of health. Finally, get ready for your little one’s first day. Set up Brightwheel, our internal communication platform, and be sure to check out the CCC checklist for a successful beginning to their educational journey!

  • What is CCC's philosophy?

At Children’s Creative Center’s, we foster an environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and celebrate both shared similarities and unique differences. By focusing on the development of the “whole child”-nurturing their academic, emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth-we create a supportive space that extends beyond the classroom. With family and community at the core of our approach, we ensure that every child is equipped to thrive in all aspects of life, providing a well-rounded and enriching learning experience.
